Gabrielle brings over 30 years’ experience across global HR, talent, leadership and organisational development. Raised and educated in the UK, Gabrielle has lived and worked internationally across Europe, Asia, the USA, the Middle East and Africa, giving her a deep understanding of the people and cultural challenges faced by growing organisations.
Throughout her career, Gabrielle has held senior roles spanning recruitment, HR leadership, learning and development, talent management and executive coaching. She co-founded Ramsay-Smith Ltd in 2006 before launching Atrium HR Consulting in 2017, with a clear mission to modernise how international businesses attract, engage and retain talent through practical, high-impact people solutions.
As CEO, Gabrielle combines entrepreneurial leadership with deep HR expertise to drive measurable outcomes for clients. Under her leadership, Atrium has been recognised with HR Magazine’s Gold Award for Best Wellness Provider for two consecutive years, with 97.5% of clients reporting high satisfaction - reflecting her commitment to delivering people strategies that enable organisations and individuals to thrive.
